I took my first cruise over 15 years ago and loved it! Loved every bit of the entertainment, ports, and down time. Few years later, I booked a cruise with my husband who was a new cruiser. He was very skeptical and thought cruises are designed for retirees playing bingo and shuffle board all day long. He was surprise to see the huge water slides, rock climbing, headline entertainment, organized age-appropriate kids activities, and tiered shore excursions for the whole family which offers great value for family getaways. Not to mention those “awesome deals” he got from art auction on the ship while sipping free champagne! Since then, he’s hooked on cruising! We’ve been cruising with kids every year. So far we’ve been to Alaska, UK, Europe, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Mexico, and across the Atlantic on cruises. Panama Canal, New England, Russia and Eastern Europe, and Far East are some of the destinations on our wishlist.
